I transferred to Mint Hill Orthodontics after moving from California. The transition was very seamless and easy! They took the records from my previous orthodontist and continued my treatment without any hassle or surprise added timelines. Each visit, I am heard and each concern, if any, is addressed and talked about. Definitely would recommend to friends and family in the area!

8/25/26 UPDATE: One Month Into Invisalign I started my Invisalign treatment on July 24, 2026, so I’m officially one month into treatment. And honestly, the first week, I was questioning my life choices. One of my attachments came off, I really struggled to remove the aligners, and I dreaded dealing with them each day. I even asked Dr. Little about switching to traditional metal braces, because I couldn’t imagine tolerating Invisalign for 12 months. He said it was possible, but I’d have to wait at least two weeks. So I went home thinking, Okay, I can deal with this for two weeks. Well… things changed. I learned that an attachment coming off happens, and it doesn’t necessarily mean it has to be replaced. I also figured out how to remove my aligners without feeling like I was literally pulling my teeth out, and that made a huge difference. I decided that eating twice a day works best for me, giving me plenty of time to eat, clean my teeth and aligners, and put everything back in. With this routine, I’m consistently wearing my aligners 22+ hours a day. Within two weeks, I no longer wanted braces. I love being able to brush and floss normally, having no food restrictions, and being able to see my teeth clearly when I remove the aligners. The installation itself was quick and painless. I kept wondering, “Is this it?” The buttons were attached to my teeth using trays and a curing light. No wires, no scary-looking pliers… nothing intimidating. The first tray "hurt" the most, but it wasn't really pain. It was achiness and soreness. I'm currently on trays 5, and as I've changed trays, I've only felt soreness/tenderness for the first couple of days. Each new tray simply feels tighter than the last. Dr. Jared is knowledgeable and inspires confidence in his abilities. He washes his hands before coming to talk to me, even when he’s just stopping by to check in, which I really appreciate. Lindsey, the ortho assistant who works with me, is patient with my repetitive tic-driven questions and efficient. She always first washes her hands, puts on fresh gloves before working with me, and changes them as needed. The office looks and feels clean. The staff members are easily reached when I have questions, and I never feel like I’m bothering them when I need clarification or reassurance. And the amazing part? Even after only one month, I can already see measurable changes in some of my teeth! So if you're reading this, and you're struggling with your Invisalign trays, it gets much better. Dr. Little was very compassionate, gentle, and explained things thoroughly while keeping his language accessible and easy to understand. Lacie, Nicole, and Melanie (I may have misheard her name, sorry!) are all angels, I met them at various points in the process. I am an advocate and very close friend of someone who had been trapped in braces for nearly 10 years- this team handled a delicate and often shameful-feeling situation flawlessly. They're quick, effective, and took the time to explain what best next steps would be for my loved one's road to recovery- they even recommended several nearby dentists for ongoing care and recommended a timetable for next steps. They also texted because I forgot that we wanted to keep the brackets etc- I forgot them! The team held them for me, which was a small detail but was nonetheless appreciated. I will certainly be recommending them to my friends in the area if they have a need- it is nice to know of a provider who respects the LGBTQ+ community- they were on point with my loved one's pronouns & name, even when she wasn't present. She was brushing her teeth after the removal, and all I heard from Dr. Little and Nicole was respect & compassion. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

If you're looking for a smile upgrade without any stress, this is the place. They're incredibly professional, friendly, and thorough, making every step easy. Even the financing conversation was painless. Plus, their genuine care and regular check-ins make you feel like you're their only patient. I highly recommend. I’ve always had a great experience. Appointments are efficient and stress-free. The staff is very attentive and professional, and the office is clean, beautiful, and aesthetically pleasing. The doctor is friendly and creates a very comfortable atmosphere. I definitely recommend this orthodontic office.

Everyone took the time to make us feel comfortable and never made the experience feel rushed. Very friendly office, great team, and Dr. Jared is fantastic. When we moved to the area from Waxhaw, they got us in and helped my daughter and I figure out the next steps for phase 2 braces. My son started seeing Dr. Jared for an expander to expand his pallet, and that has also gone smoothly. We would recommend this office to anyone. The place Is Beautiful. first time there My daughter likes them and is very excited to get her braces also when I told them about my other daughter with her braces and nobody wanted to see her these amazing people told me to bring her in so they can see what they can do and just for that made me happy. I broke my permanent retainer off my bottom teeth and they were able to get me in next day for a quick glue removal. It was such an easy, painless process and the whole team was so nice! I would definitely recommend someone to this ortho office!

Absolutely love this place!!! Since the first visit they have been nothing short of professional, friendly, and accommodating. Got braces for my 15 year old son and it was the easiest process ever. They made everything convenient from the payment plans to aftercare and follow up visits. Every time I visit the office there is some sort of office entertainment/theme. Example: for Mother’s Day I received a rose and for Halloween the staff dressed up as Minions and had snacks in the lobby. I have a 5 year old as well and she will definitely be a client when the time comes.

Anytime I have any questions, someone is always there to help me out. Everyone is kind and cheerful at Mint Hill Orthodontics!

MHO is the best most attentive team to follow along your orthodontic journey. For me I came to MHO in 2022 and finished out my braces journey, later on due to no fault but my own I needed invisalign because of not wearing my retainer. After invisalign to fully achieve my dream smile Dr. Jared Little suggested braces. I am currently in braces and was so nervous going back into them as a sophomore in high school. The team especially Megan and Lacie are the kindest most supportive souls. I love MHO and will forever be referring friends.

My visit to Mint Hill Orthodontics was fantastic! I called on a Thursday as a new patient and was able to get an appointment less than 24 hours. They were very helpful in understanding the issue, explaining the options, and reviewing the costs before completing the work. Would definitely recommend!

This is the best orthodontist ever!! They are so great with my daughter and her ever need. The staff is so warm and inviting. They even give you a cute little gift bag with items needed for braces and even chapstick. This is definitely the go-to spot for orthodontics......and the coffee, tea and selection of drinks for guests is also a huge plus.

We started orthodontic care for my son in January and have had a great experience so far. The team has been very friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. They’ve been great about following up and making sure everything with his braces is going smoothly. The office is organized and the staff always makes us feel welcome.
