How Often Do You Wear The Aligners?
The goal for daily wear time is 22 per day! – this leaves you plenty of time for you to take your aligners out for eating, brushing, and flossing! You can drink water with your aligners in. We would never tell you skip that coffee, as Dr Jared survives only by the grace of a hot coffee at all times of the day. However, we do recommend that you remove your aligners when partaking, as they can and will stain them over time and increase the chance of damaging your teeth.
